Rick Hand founded Hands On Flooring in 2007, bringing 40 years of flooring experience and more than 18 years as a licensed contractor to every job in Manteca. Reviews describe him as a perfectionist who keeps job sites clean and stays flexible when life gets in the way, one customer's own plumber caused a delay mid-renovation, and Rick simply adjusted the schedule without any fuss.
